Point Lookout House with Asian influence
The brief for this property remodel was influenced by the client’s affinity to Japanese architecture after having lived there. This inspired translucent panels and a breathtaking combination of exposed, cathedral like beams and high ceilings to create a relaxing and luxurious coastal escape.
The interior features an spacious open plan entry, living and dining area with fully retractable bi-fold sliding floor-to-ceiling glass panel doors and walls to reveal uninhibited ocean views.
The exposed location required careful selection of sustainable quality building materials that will preserve this unique property for generations to come.
